LATEOTT's founder, Ed Hall, spent a decade in the US Navy, another decade with McDonnell Douglas Automation (McAuto), and the last decade as a private consultant focusing on financial and business process engineering. During this time, Mr. Hall has evolved his business philosophy which is the basis for LATEOTT's success with customers and employees.

LATEOTT recruits heavily from the talent pool of former service people. Employees from this group have diverse talents, proven abilities, strong work ethics, and familiarity with military and DOD protocols. Many LATEOTT employees have held DOD security clearances at various levels.
